Workplace giving

Donate to ARC via Payroll giving
You can easily donate to ARC by setting up a regular tax efficient donation.
Payroll giving allows you to make regular donations to ARC straight from your salary, before tax is deducted. This means that you don’t pay tax on your donation, so a £10 monthly donation will actually cost you just £8, depending on the rate of tax you pay. You can donate any amount you wish and you can stop whenever you choose. For example:
Your generous donation | Actual cost to you (standard rate taxpayer at 20%) | Actual cost to you (higher rate taxpayer at 40%) |
---|---|---|
£5 | £4 | £3 |
£10 | £8 | £6 |
£20 | £16 | £12 |
It’s really easy to set up your regular donation by downloading and completing our online form. Your payroll department will need the original and ARC will need a copy which you can either email to info@arc-uk.org or post to us at: ARC, 12-15 Crawford Mew, York Street, London, W1H 1LX.
Changing employer?
If you change your job your donation to us will automatically stop, so please remember to make your new payroll department aware that you wish to make a charity donation. They will need the original copy of our form, and ARC will need a copy which you can either email to info@arc-uk.org or post to the address above.
Nominate ARC for your Charity of the Year scheme
Lots of UK organisations – as part of their wider CSR (corporate social responsibility) objectives that recognise employees’ professional and personal development needs – ask their workforce to collectively vote for Charities of the Year. This nomination, and the money and awareness gathered, would hugely benefit ARC.
It is equally an exciting opportunity for businesses to demonstrate brand awareness and a strong commitment to such a sensitive, emotionally impactful cause, as well as encouraging customer and employee loyalty.
ARC is a national charity, working across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and so we can also offer specific partnerships with regional organisations.
What ARC can offer your workplace
We would support your organisation with a bespoke fundraising and communication plan which meets the needs of your business and employee objectives. This includes fundraising tips and tools, ARC merchandise to help events, and employee engagement opportunities to boost staff moral such as team building and communications workshops.
Most importantly, what can arise from workplace giving schemes is the opportunity to create lasting partnerships, as ARC has done with our current workplace supporters.
ARC would be delighted to discuss the opportunity to extend our initial arrangement with you for longer periods of sponsorship.
